Family Fun

Our days have been busy!  This past weekend was Becca and Tom's family wedding celebration.  I didn't get many pictures, so I'm sorry.  But it was a beautiful fall day and we had a great time! I made carrot-cake cupcakes for one of the desserts.  It was the first time I actually liked the icing job I did!

I actually didn't even get to eat one.

Also, Josh's sister, her husband, and their little boy are staying with us for the week.  We have had alot of fun just hanging out, taking walks, and enjoying each other's company.  On Monday we went to the local apple orchard.  I love to go there in the fall, but haven't been there this year until now.  I have to admit, it's not nearly as much fun during the week.  Most of the activities are shut down, and the kettle corn guy isn't at his stand.  But we still had fun checking things out and playing on the playground equipment.  Yesterday the boys went and played basketball and then saw the Jackass 3D movie, so tomorrow the girls get to have a day out.  We aren't sure what we are doing yet, but I'll let you know!

Cute little pumpkin head.  My grandma made this hat for me.  It looks like a pumpkin, but I don't have a picture of the stem on it.
