Wedding Weekend

Well we did it! We had our first overnight trip with The Dude.  Friday we left around 11:00 to head up to Wheaton for Brit and Evan's wedding.  Rudy did so well in the car!  We stayed at Bubar and Joe's place.  It was perfect because they were house sitting somewhere else for the weekend so we didn't have to worry about waking anyone up in the middle of the night and their apartment was only a couple of blocks from the church where the wedding was.  We went to the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner on Friday night and Rudy stayed awake for all of it.  He got to meet alot of Taylor people that night and he especially loved being held by Andrea during dinner!  All of the action tired him out and he slept so good on Friday night! (Josh and I were thrilled.)  Saturday morning we got up and met Ray and Joe for brunch and then hung out at their apartment until it was time to go to the wedding.  Burge came by to meet the dude too!  Rudy wanted to show his love and affection for his Troops aunties by blowing out his diaper while they both held him.  It was pretty funny. 

The wedding was beautiful and the reception was amazing!  Brittany was a stunning bride!!! I can't believe she is married now!  We had so much fun, but wish we could have hung out with the bride a little more:(  We are so happy for Brittany and Evan!  Sadly this was the only picture I took the whole weekend......

Rudy also wants to say Happy Birthday to his Aunt Becca.  We weren't home to do a post on Friday so we are a couple days late, but he wanted to make sure she knew he was thinking of her.  He says to come home soon and hold him and he will try not to pee on you!
